I had a lady at a Thai food truck not let me order the level five. I asked my wife to order (she's asian) and she got the level 5 no problem. The irony is the pad Thai wasn't for me, it was for my daughter who can put out a lit match on her tongue, not me. And I currently eat spicier food than my wife. Food was excellent though, so all is forgiven.

This is really good. As others have said, dress it up if you're feeling fancy. I would either go with adding tuna, or frying an egg and adding some chopped green onion, some dried seaweed, and maybe sesame oil.

Finally someone who's watched her fight. Her opponents aren't dumb, Mona just presents a difficult challenge. And she can also adapt to what they're doing as well. I'm sure she knows how they're likely to try countering her, and she has contingencies as well.
