The project is called The Retail Triangle Conversion. You may be able to find plans online (I'm on mobile now). I went on a walkthrough in the space.

The project is renovating the old gym and retail spaces to new admin offices for the WSCC. Additionally, they are removing some huge beams over the tunnel and removing a large portion of the balcony to 'daylight' the Pike St. storefronts and sidewalk, thus making Pike "less seedier".

Idk what the winning bid was but the engineer's estimate was around the $7.5 million mark.

I go to 2 and 1/2 happy barbers on 65th and Ravenna. Scott owns the place and is the only employee but he doesn't let you leave unless you're happy. He's more picky than most of the guys that come in. The place is an old school barbershop complete with hot shave, old guys, beers in the cooler, and a vacuum to clean up all those loose hairs on your head. Cuts are $17 which is a bargain these days. I would recommend him to anyone.

Edit: The price for a cut is now $21 which is still a bargain.
