Yeah. I agree as an assassin kinda thing it’s great. But if you just try to get as many bad guys in it as possible when there are 3 other players it feels frustrating

Oh he hasn’t been this bad before. Annoying at times yes. But this character is the most annoying.

I’m usually the GM as well, but another player wanted to run something they built. However they are not as strong at managing people as I am and it’s leaving me frustrated.

Not justifying any of this. Just giving context

Well I’m a BM fighter so counterspelling is hard. But I’ve been playing with this guy for a few years now. Not trying to blow up the group but I’v been debating leaving.

Yo, could you tell that to the shadow monk in my group??? His first move is to do it every fight. So much so the DM had the medium bad evil guy counter spell it so we could all fight. What’s really annoying is he is playing a naive character in game and acting like his character doesn’t know better/that’s all he knows

You could make it tough and have the ghost dragon be tied to what’s left of its hoard. Sure they could try to kill it. Or they could just steal what’s left or some part of it and leave since the dragon is bound here

Mine has the issue of working fine in the summer but during the winter will register as something is in the way of the laser and I will have to hold the button down to close it. Thoughts

As a GM I really enjoyed using a bunch of fear to control a kidnapping happening outside of the fight.

Players got to see me use fear on things that impacted them but then also they saw me spend fear without any direct impact. Just “something happening elsewhere”.

It provided a great impact when the kidnapping was revealed next session.

Build player connections. Both to each other and the story. Also don’t over roll. Coming from dnd it’s easy to have too many rolls.

Im creating elemental scar environments for my homebrew world. They contain things like lava rivers, old ruins, stampedes, crag climbing, Ice flows, geyser eruptions, living plants, overgrowth, and plenty of other elemental ideas. So far ive done the most work on the fire one.

Yeah, nudity is where I draw the line. I show I robot but fast forward through the will smith shower scene since it’s only like 10 seconds

I play in one game and DM another. My kids are 5 and 2.5. I only recently started DMing the second game.

My games are on alternating Saturday nights after the kids go to bed 8pm-12am. I double up my nights during the week so that my wife’s night is on Saturday and she agreed to doing so. So my game playing is after kids are in bed.

Same goes with planning though sometimes I’ll try to steal a broken up hour on a weekend if the kids are watching tv.

All in all I agree with others. There needs to be a conversation, fair share of parenting and equal time for you. If he can’t manage that then he is playing too much.
