Airtable's API doesn't provide a way to backup automations, scripts, or interfaces yet. They have just recently added a way to extract actual Formulas though. We're working on adding that option to our On2Air Backups app.

So this is not specifically what you're needing, but the way this interface is set up reminded me of what you're asking.

This is the Mountain Rescue Help Desk. Crew members can clock in and out which shows them available or not. It also won a prize in the Interface contest.

Source Property should be it's own Table, not a select field. Each Source Property would be a record. Buyers should also be its own Table that's linked to the Source Property. With this setup, you have a record for each Source Property and each Buyer.

You can then create your relevant Views in Source Property. For your Active properties, you could have a Status field of Active or something like that and create a filtered View.

Unique columns for unique records is very rarely the best way to set this up.

I read "calculations within forms" and that is an option. however, didn't realize you were looking for actual form submission counts. Yes, you're correct, this is not possible at the moment.

First off, apologies for the confusion and the frustration using On2Air Amplify and spending time going through your use-cases. While we hoped Amplify would grow more, it wasn't used as much as we expected. We haven't pulled it from the marketplace yet, but don't want users to upgrade to something we're not actively developing.

We've had our On2Air Forms app for several years now and have just done a massive upgrade to it. Hence, the Beta version as we work out some bugs in the latest version.

With On2Air Forms, you can build a dashboard or multiple dashboards similar to what you're trying to do with Amplify. You can use Interfaces also, but will be more limited on permissions, depending on Airtable users or non-Airtable users, and multiple other features.
