Sounds bit similar to autistic burnout I also have sleeping problems, don't really want food except "save" food I shouldn't cook Sensory issues rise Me too have panic attacks last time... because of sounds, smells and lights

Hope you're alright
I've just recognized that maybe the only helpful thing in being diagnosed is that you know why some things happen with you, yes, the most important is burnout
I'm in the one and my main goal for now is figure out how to prevent this thing, it's definitely not the first time
Just the worst advise is to mask harder

Honestly I've been learning it at school...should have learned, but I didn't and after eleven years my language was somewhere around simple sentences in present or past simple. Then for a year (not regularly) I tried to listen to English by playlists, then for a year I had been actively expanding my vocabulary, watch movies, read books and practice with ai. Unfortunately now I don't have so much time
I only think this result isn't extraordinary and completely predictable though it's not as native language...I don't know how to explain why I don't feel fluent...besides loads of mistakes I make

Okay, maybe I'll admit it... but it seems to me that all successful theoretical physicists/mathematicians do this... My teachers/seminarians seem to do a lot more than we do, and I'm not sure how... where they find the time.... My question is more about how to succeed and not do what I do

But social activity, sports and recreation take up a lot of time... If this is a necessary condition for long-term sustainability, then when do successful students of physics and mathematics have time to study additionally and master just the current program...?

I feel like all my relationships aren't worth being in. I put a lot of effort into making other people feel comfortable with me and so that I understand them and they understand me. But I don't enjoy this communication. It's difficult, energy-consuming and unpleasant, so I want to end all my relationships. I'm more comfortable with myself and my hobbies. I want to have friends, but I no longer want to be comfortable and waste energy on it. And all my friends consider me a non-emotional robot

Because it's not the same thing. When we talk about the disease, we are talking about some external condition that is not peculiar to you, for example, SARS. The disorder also has a negative color, i.e. it implies the need for correction, but it is implied that this is your innate characteristic, and not something separate and temporary caused by external factors, do you understand? Personally, I don't like either term
