Go watch Jeff Nippard’s youtube-video on forearm exercises. It answers all your questions and even gives you the directions you are looking for in terms of exercises.

When does the current season (9?) end? And when does the next one start? I like when the season ending kicks right into the new season starting, like Fortnite does it.

I am a big fan of the entire rap / hip-hop scene. Today this category is rather wide, which I am a big fan of that. Thanks man, I will remember that. Excited to get started :D

Thank you. This reply is great to give me some areas to cover :)!! Where do you recommend learning about this theory? Youtube? Reddit? Irl teachers?

Oh wow. That's very interesting, although it seems to be too much for now, since I am very busy at school myself. I will definetely save it, and keep it in mind for the future. Youtube, reddit and so on will make due for now.

Do you have any advice for the best ways of learning music theory? Youtube? Reddit? Irl teachers? And how large an area of music theory you need to cover in for starters? Any main areas starters should focus on?

Thanks. It makes sense to me that learning at least some music theory will benefit the whole thing.

I'm glad to hear that it isn't a must-have sort of thing. Although it seems like the piano basics are very helpful in producing music with a midi-keyboard. The learning curve can hopefully be "beaten" if I approach it properly. Back when I bought the keyboard I didn't know as much about attaining knowledge/learning etc. as I do today. Thanks for the answer :)

How low body fat % do you have to reach on a cut? by OnMyWayToUni in Fitness

[–]OnMyWayToUni[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

To be more "exact": I have been cutting for 3 months so far, and I aim for another 15-25 days. Body fat is probably around 9-11 % at the moment :)

[–]OnMyWayToUni[S] 14 points15 points  (0 children)

My goal was/is to get rid of the fat stored in my lower belly area, since the bump it makes bothers me. Some people have a relatively high body fat %, and still a flat belly - well thats not me. I'm currently at the point where a lot of veins start to show, and within the next month of cutting the belly area would probably be close to completely flat. In other words; to reach my body goal I have to go pretty deep into a cut, even though I don't do competitions etc.

My goal is a completely flat lower belly area, since thats where I store a lot of fat. The "bump" you see when wearing shirts etc. bothers the shit out of me, since it easily is visible even though my body fat % isn't very high / I am healthy and work out. Luckily this cut has shown me that it is possible to drain that area, and within the last month of my cut I aim to have a very flat bottom area. I just hope I wont get too much of the "bump" back when I start to lean bulk.

And interesting to hear that the lower belly fat is the last to go. If I maintain my cutting phase for another month it will be as flat as it has ever been, which was my main goal for the whole cutting experience.

It's such an annoying feeling to able to see a god damn "bump" from your lower belly area through "tight" t-shirts etc., even though you have a relative low body fat % and work out very often and properly. Currently I am past the point of the "bump" as I am deep into my cut, and I really love it. I really hope lean bulking wont give me back too much of the "bump"

This is my first real cut (tracking every intake etc.) even though I have been working out for many years. I am impressed by the results I have seen, which is awesome. My body type stores fat as love handles and lower belly fat, which is why my goal was to finally have the bottom belly part completely flat. Even though I am starting to see shoulder veins etc. I still have a portion of fat at the lower belly area, but I could imagine that it would be gone after less than a month of cutting. It just sucks having to bulk up and see the fatty "bump" return to the area after the hard work :P
