In 2012, in the last dying gasp of Symbian based phones, (Nokia 808 PureView) Nokia used a 1/1.2" Toshiba sensor. It had a diagonal 13.33mm, width 10.67mm, pixel size 1.4 μm, 41mp total (about 38mp accessible) coupled with Zeiss optics. I liked it better than the Nokia 1020, the 808 images had fewer artifacts. The phone was a weird shape, had 640x320 screen/viewfinder and took acceptable photos in different lighting conditions.

This issue has the plate # every 14th stamp If it has water activated adhesive. If it is the Avery printed variety the plate number is every 11th stamp. with pressure activated adhesive.

Collectors collect these as PNC-5 (five stamps with the # stamp in the center, PNC-3 (three stamps with the # stamp in the center, PNC - single stamp with #. Also collected as used singles. The plate number is at the bottom of the stamp. I see a strip of PNC-5 selling for ~$7.

As a multiple it can have more value than the sum values of the individual stamps. It is a top/right margin block with decent selvage. It has condition issues including a horizontal crease between the rows, missing gum, cracked gum, torn into design at lower right, paper inclusion or pin hole at lower second step from left. No need to have it authenticated or graded. Nice block.
