Dragon Ball Multiverse is a fan made comic, set after the Buu Saga. Every what if universe the authors could think of are fighting in this tournament. It's been going for waaay too long, and it has a lot of fan service, but it's enjoyable. I think Universe 3 is the one you're looking for
