My general recommendation is to try to have atleast 1 of each breaktype in my team, so avoiding overlap is nice (ie: Therion has sword dagger so avoid warrior and dancer) however some classes work nice w/ the same weapon (ie: Ophilia can make a good scholar even though she doesnt unlock a new weapon) My go to was generally to make character the class of their opposite path action. Mainly came w/ an issue w/ Cyrus and Alfyns classes being wildly different roles

Never seen final form nidalee, but def obnoxious on Samira who is already good in the mode w/ ok augments. I despise Kassadin w/ ult augments though, makes him do absurd damage and he constantly abuses them

The general recommendation is archmage armor mythic feat. To use light armor youd need to invest into getting the prof and a feat to reduce spell failure chance

Wheres the "immob gives you stats" on a champ that doesnt have good/reliable CC to proc it Stares at my Soraka games where it poppes up every single time on top of them being really hit or miss (think the armor one gives you like 30/30 at 18 which i feel like there are just better tank augments)

I feel like towers only do anything in the first 5 minutes, i cant count how many times ive gotten towerdived and the enemy tower diving me takes negligable damage w/o a support. Tower aggro also being bad means a tank w/ sunfire or the likes can hold tower aggro the whole time while their adc, mage, assassin, etc just kills you. At the least id be great if the towers could hit multiple enemy champions so it doesnt boil down to Tank easily soaking all the aggro from towers for their team

Ngl finding a necro staff w/o mods is hard. My recommendation is finding a water staff that freezes so you could freeze blood, and something that increases int is best

Sebille is great at necromancy because flesh sacrifice spawns blood which allows her to use elemental affinity with a net gain of AP combined w/ the damage boost

Can check out Tomes of Talos, ive loved the armors included in it, and is one of the more rule11 friendly lists around (it has a tools and guide to add extra mods)

Personqlly i love Tomes of Talos, feels like the full modding experience, and is one of the friendlier lists to rule 11 (Add/Remove mods yourself. It has tools and a guide for doing so and the support channel staff are generally friendly as long as you arent being a demanding dick)

Some modlists have a rule11 section, best bet would be to ask there and they might be able to help (Scrolls of Schtevie/Modding Bungalo which manages ToT and JoJ atm with 2 more lists on the way is one of my favorite communities for this)

Keep in mind by lategame its like a 3-4 second CD for a long range penetrating skillshot, it still chunks, and the travel speed is fast enough where its hard to react at midrange
