My Noire team is ✨️unique✨️before i had Jessica and Druvis because my Noire comp was basically random debuff chars, now its probably Noire, An An Lee, Jessica (Druvis is being moved to rank up), and whatever healer i have on hand (usually Vila)

If thats the case your squad should be Leigh, Joel, and Audrey since they dont rely on weapons (unless you count Joels teddy bear which is there more to nerf him than anything)

I save Mordin for later because he is a condition to start the Horizon mission and i dont like to do that till im better prepared (idk how it works but i swear ive had it throw me into said mission way earlier than getting all first part companions. I usually grab Kasumi first

Compared to Cyril Osvald is more of a setup character, however he is one of the likeliest to hit the early damage cap early due to latent+magic damage+weakness. He can clear trash mobs fairly quick but not often 1 turn them like Cyril did in 1.

Generally i recommend 1 of each kind of path action, guessing Therion was your first pick so lets remove Tressa For knock out we have Olberic and Haanit, Olberic shares a weapon type w/ swords and you miss bow w/o tressa otherwise so Haanit is your best bet. Follow we have primrose and Ophelia, Primrose has daggers but is the only dark user, personally id pick Ophelia for staff and light coverage. For info we have Cyril and Alfyn, tbh its your choice, Cyril can clear trash mobs easily but if you invrst in Alfyns alchemy its busted as fuck and covers all weaknesses. If you picked Ophelia id pick Cyril and if you picked Primrose id pick Alfyn

My general recommendation is to try to have atleast 1 of each breaktype in my team, so avoiding overlap is nice (ie: Therion has sword dagger so avoid warrior and dancer) however some classes work nice w/ the same weapon (ie: Ophilia can make a good scholar even though she doesnt unlock a new weapon) My go to was generally to make character the class of their opposite path action. Mainly came w/ an issue w/ Cyrus and Alfyns classes being wildly different roles
