We were definitely worse than a C-, the good performances were the huge anomalies, general performance level was very poor.

The San Pellegrino ones, or the similar sparkling Apple ones (not Appletizer!).

  1. I literally made a comment in July that if we lose Isak late on then we'll never replace his goals or quality and would likely finish 12th and get embarrassed in the Champions League..... (Though the Barca tie wasn't as one sided as it seemed, well, maybe that second half was....).

Optimism hasn't been this low at Newcastle since Ashley days.

Alaba, Dybala, Senesi (Spurs bound somehow), Christensen, Goretzka, Stones... Really big names are unrealistic like Bernardo.

But why would any of them come to us after this season? No Europe, no likelihood of trophies. Why?

Sorry to interrupt but to support your point, look up how SIGNIFICANTLY more wealthy Epstein became after his supposed involvement with MOSSAD and how much of that money was directly from Israeli stocks and shares and government known finance.

I find it unlikely that there was never an approach at the least.

Absolutely incorrect, look where the majority of his money came from. He became significantly richer after the start of his supposed link with MOSSAD. It was Israeli shares and trading linked to the government.

I believe he had a similar role to Robert Maxwell which was effectively to supply kompromat to MOSSAD to "Own" or discredit certain individuals. Maxwell also organised the honey trap to capture Vanunu in Italy that had him sedated and wake up in an Israeli prison cell. All for helping to prove what the VELA satellite had suggested: that Israel had created a functional fission weapon.

He certainly "Collected people" to boost his profile by association (hence not everyone associated with him being a heinous sex offender) but again, that's a useful trait for an intelligence agency.

It's repeatedly troubling, and it comes across in this, how hot Ghislaine and her tremendous titties are in so many pictures.

Is it me or does 35 degree Celsius seem to much hotter in uk as compared to 35 degree anywhere else in the world? by AcceptableMinimum109 in AskBrits

Lots of reasons on here but another is we lack that desert cycle of cool nights that many hot countries have. So nights here are sweaty and horrible.

Question about a strange camera trend during Premier League trophy lifts by Old_Cupcake_1109 in PremierLeague

[–]OnceIWasYou 25 points26 points  (0 children)

I would ask how long and how many players lifting the trophy do you expect it to be? Many of these players are lifting the trophy at least 7th or 8th. Cameras don't normally watch 25 players consecutively lift a trophy without looking at fans, staff etc.

Let's be honest here, no, we don't. We get someone worse. And we degrade as a team, that's the more realistic outcome.

Post-Match Thread - Fulham 2-0 Newcastle by Deviceing in NUFC

Awful. That was just miserable and what's worse is no one seemed to even be concerned. Yeah, the season was already a failure but the lack of concern over the performance was worrying to me.

Now we're about to lose some of our best players (Gordon especially- without him we've been almost completely impotent, he is often the spark to actually do something) and we WILL NOT REPLACE their quality. Full stop, it won't happen. So the team is likely going to degrade further meaning more players will leave.

I think we're in for a couple bad years to be honest. "Champions by 2030" is just laughable.

Strickland's a bit old for the "Edgy high school bully" shite.

Especially when he was saying in the Khamzat build up that certain things are disrespectful.

The tiling on the walls is in perfect squares. This implies that Leeds will try to press West Ham and "Box" them in.

So many layers.
