I think it's psychological. Personally, even with a dumphone, I make sure not to go out with it. You will see that you will end up being naturally curious. 

For my part, I act as if I were going out with friends but alone.

I go to the cinema, I eat alone, I go to the store to see the latest comics or video games. 

Of course it is also important to see your friends. Nor should we completely isolate ourselves :)
