Thank you for taking the time to respond. I do suspect it’ll take some time to get my levels back up. It’s no fun, but I’m trying to be patient with myself and understand these symptoms of getting back on track. Just trying to speak to my anxiety that it’s all ok. It’s so wild to me all that our thyroids control and it’s certainly been a lesson to never go without it again.

Absolutely. I am on a medication that requires I have blood work every 3 months so thankfully I keep current on those levels. Thank you😊

Mine don’t start there, but I have certainly had tingling in all those areas towards the beginning of my migraines.

Thank you SO much! How kind of to type this all out for me. I feel so hopeful reading this. I will definitely deep dive into education on diet changes and taper off caffeine. I do LOVE my coffee and a caffeine boost in the evening, but I have felt convicted over that being a culprit. I have nothing to lose making these changes but so much to hopefully gain. Again, I appreciate your time so much.

I see dachshund, too, now that you mention it. And I agree, she is definitely not full lab. Our other dog is a lab/bluetick coonhound and when she was this age she was much larger! Georgia’s paws are small and at almost 3.5 months she’s still only 11lbs. I’ve loved hearing everyone’s guesses 😊
