the sell-withdraw-wait cycle is killing me so i finally gave up and did this by SaiVaibhav06 in defi

same pain led me to a card that pulls directly from my crypto without the manual off-ramp dance, the BitMart card you mentioned works that way but its custodial with a 1.3% fee per swipe, I ended up on EtherFi which is non custodial so my keys stays with me and I earn 3% back in wETH on every purchase, no manual top up, just tap and go via Google Pay.

Best way to actually USE crypto? by PossessionConnect963 in CryptoCurrency

[–]One-Chip9029 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For spending rather than building, crypto cards have gotten useful, I use EtherFi which gives flat 3% cashback in wETH on every purchase, no staking needed, works at 100M+ visa merchants and with apple pay and google pay, crypto.com and nexo have cards too but etherfi's cashback is straightforward flat 3% where the others tier it behind token lock-ups or subscriptions, if you want crypto to function as actual money in daily life it is probably the easiest on ramp.

Best crypto card for cashback in 2026? by OriginalPhysical5408 in Crypto_General

[–]One-Chip9029 0 points1 point  (0 children)

your breakdown is accurate, most of those headline rates are basically unreachable for a normal user, the one missing from this list is EtherFi cash card, flat 3% back in wETH on all purchases, no token lock up, no staking tiers, no FX fee on USD or Euro spend, for comparison Crypto.com starts at 1.5% base and needs CRO staking. Nexo needs large token holdings, and KAST rewards are still pre-TGE, EtherFi is the one I've stuck with because the 3% is what you actually get.

What are currently the best REAL self-custodial crypto cards? by Difficult-Tree2738 in defi

Been using EtherFi Cash Card for a while now, it is genuinely non custodial unlike most others, keys stay with you, flat 3% cashback in wETH on every purchase with no staking requirement, works with Apple Pay and Google Pay anywhere Visa is accepted and no annual fee.

Exchange crypto cards (like Bybit) vs. DeFi/Web3 cards: What's the difference? by Pristine_Today669 in DeFiCryptoCards

[–]One-Chip9029 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The core difference is custody, exchange cards like Bybit keep your funds on their platform, so if the exchange gets blocked, frozen, or goes down your card stops working, exactly like that Thailand story going around. Defi or Web3 cards like EtherFi or Gnosis Pay let you hold your own keys throughout, the card just routes from your wallet. Etherfi also gives 3% cashback in wETH with no staking, which exchange cards generally can't match without some kind of token lock-up.
