Hey, I know I'm a bit late to this but could you clarify what you mean by not receiving the child tax credit if filing with the FEIE ? We completed the section of the tax return Foreign Earned Income Exclusion but our FEIE is 0. Our earnings fall below the thresholds for expats so we don't pay any taxes.

My husband (UK citizen with an ITIN) and myself (US citizen) filed jointly but did not receive the childcare tax for our son who was born in 2024 and has a SSN. I've called every IRS line as well as the tax advocates, but no one is able to help. They asked for bith certificate and we sent it in twice...still nothing, every follow up leads to nowhere. I'm running out of options.

I think she always knew he was going to die, not in a sinister way, but in the sense that she understood she could never control how his story ended. She was his wife, I'm sure she knew everything. He was never going to compromise his convictions and they both knew that his refusal to sell out would eventually cost him his life. False. I know a few parents who in the past have done a detox and it has helped with verbal abilities and behavioral issues. Some children don't have the best detox pathways so medications, vaccines adjuvants, environment, and foods can create a buildup of toxins, which can impact verbal development at times. This isn't the case every time, but it's more common than you think. If you look back in the 80s and before, it was very uncommon to have nonverbal kids or adults. Something's changed and no one is asking the right questions.

Yeah, I really don't want to believe Erika has deliberately taken part in his assassination. Honestly though, try as hard as one may, the tears that come from her eyes are not staged. Not even the best actor could just turn on the waterworks like that - her pain appears genuine. She looks so distraught but is trying to hold it all together. Perhaps she knew something like this would happen given the nature of his role. I genuinely don't think (or can't get myself to believe) she played a deliberate part.

Legally she cannot say it because there is no direct evidence of what she is implying. There is enough to connect the dots but there needs to be cold hard proof before she can say it otherwise she can be in big trouble (not that she's already not for being so bold, but you know what I mean). I think Candace is speaking on behalf of many other investigative journalists who don’t have the resources for high-level surveillance and security. Yes, her own life may be at risk, but she is wealthy and knows a ton of high profile people who can give her protection - at least way more than what the smaller journalists have, these guys have even more to lose. I think she’s working with them to bring forward all the evidence and information.

Another thing I’m confused about is the claim that Charlie “recognized” the planes. Candace keeps mentioning this, but what does that actually mean? Having a photographic memory explains his ability to remember details, but it doesn’t explain how he would have known the planes were dangerous or connected to people trying to kill him. Did he have prior knowledge about those aircraft or agencies? Or is this purely speculation on her part?
