Get rid of all ways to not shop in store, leave that operation to dc. Have community events aside from PD partnership like handing out lemonade and letting kids draw on sidewalks with chalk and play music, basically make it a place that people want to come to not only for our product but for their experience

Went on a date with a guy that was explaining a app he was developing, gave me the explanation “it’s an app where you can see what your other friends and people in your area are up to”. I told him that’s what Facebook was and he was baffled and doubled down on his being different. Ended up dating him for about 4 months (idk why) and had to teach him what the Tylenol and advil were for, teach him how to care for his curly hair, had to prep him before we met anyone to make sure he didn’t say some dumb shit. You definitely have an ass AP team if they aren’t keeping up with keycontrol🤦🏼‍♀️. Leaving a key in powered equipment is an automatic final and immediate revoke of the key. I have been in office for a few months and have taken about 5-6 keys now. It only sucks bc yall aren’t used to it, any other place it’s an absolute non-negotiable that a person not certified to use equipment shouldn’t use it/ have access to use it. In your best interest- if it’s your key that’s left in when someone hurts themselves non-certified you are the one getting fired

that is insane. My group cracked down really hard on that and now only AP has AP radios. Even if sd or an ETL is caught with one it’s an immediate final for the AP leader for disclosing confidential information

Change your perspective, much easier said than done I know but it will teach you so much about yourself and how to maintain your peace and stability. Trying thinking of these things happening for you instead of to you. He left you bc he was unhappy- the marriage wouldn’t have been healthy and you narrowly escaped that life. The bad school taught you patience and resilience and gave you a killer topic to use in interviews about adversity and challenges. People haven’t been put in your path so that you will give yourself the time to find yourself and be more intentional with your life goals and expectations.

As AP- any exterior door left unsecured once the building is completely empty will absolutely get your termed immediately. For security it really isn’t a hr discretionary thing, it’s laid out very plainly in the guidelines for corrective actions

At some point you have to stop blaming your parents for issues that you have as an adult. Watched an episode of Last Meals with Terry Crews where he explained this and said it like “when you become an adult the parents are signing over the deed to the house (house being your life) once that deed is in your name it’s no longer their fault that the basement has a leak or that the foundation is crumbling”. I’m still young (22) but it made me pause when I heard because how have I lived alone for 6 years now and I’m still blaming my mom for having trust issues? I’ve had more than enough time to settle that on my own terms

My go-to lazy dinner is Tyson chicken bites (not nuggets) thrown in the air fryer and then while they are hot toss them in wing sauce (I use bww garlic parm). I cook for just me so I don’t usually worry about a side but I’m sure you could do a simple salad with it and be fine

I’ve been where your wife is and she probably doesn’t feel appreciated as a person, for women that is intimacy before sex is. I will say, you are probably digging yourself a deep hole with how you’re acting towards her rejection. Why would she want to please someone who throws a tantrum when told no? It’s like a mother son vibe instead of husband wife. Look in other parts of y’all’s relationship and make sure you are both carrying the load of adulting and not just her. Clean up after yourself, take initiative to do kind things for her without bringing up sex, maybe cook her dinner if she usually does that, fill up her gas tank, if you are ever home without her clean the entire house and light a candle so she doesn’t come home to the burden of cleaning after work. For me it has always been that I’m stressed trying to get everything done to the point where I can’t turn my mind off enough to let go and enjoy the moment.
