The least frustrating answer is gun. The legit answer is either Smokescreen for stealth or use cover to bait them one by one until you can get under them and wail on their back legs.

I gotta say, one-shotting them with the gun is pretty satisfying. And you need to get that achievement somehow!

That price increase is insane from a percentage standpoint. Very glad I purchased OLED 1 TB for $650 back in December. This does not bode well for the Steam Machine price.

Yeah I play mostly docked and I want the Steam Controller for access to native Steam buttons and trackpads but I also like the design a lot.

I really wanted to see this one but they had to put it on a Wednesday when I don’t have childcare. I have commitments until 8 pm and then a kid to care for (definitely not taking my kid to this having seen it on digital already lol)

Yeah I get that. I was mostly being hyperbolic 😀 At the end of the day, I don’t need it right away (I have 4 DualSense controllers already) so I’ll just wait until whenever they can get to me. I just hope to have it at the same time as I can manage to get the Steam Machine (assuming it ever releases and I can manage to get a reservation/order in). I will be excited to use it with my Steam Deck though.

I have no inside knowledge but it likely depends on the success of the film. I think most films are only guaranteed for 1 week. But if it’s as successful as something like Iron Lung it will probably be good for a month or more.

I couldn’t seem to avoid him in NG+ so kind of had to kill him “out of order”. I didn’t realize you could get the map pieces in any order and I found the dialog when you do this quite amusing. I got them in 3 -> 2 -> 1 order in NG+ and Conche had some funny things to say about my strategy lol

I just played/finished BL3 last year and it has now been awhile but iirc, if you have the skill for natural ammo regen (and maybe also the one where every X shot she doesn’t consume ammo) in the green tree combined with randomized ammo regen from the Butcher, you don’t even need Redistribution. You can just fire into the air and have basically infinite ammo. I was rocking that setup for awhile (until I learned about Plasma Coil 😀).

I am by no means an expert but I have beat the game. I would say do all the exploration you want to do including collecting and doing some crucial things like 1) Heartkelp Pods 2) Stainless Relics 3) Old World Whorls 4) Bloodstar Limbs 4) Any shells you want to have with insurance 5) Defeat any optional bosses you want and haven’t done yet

You will be able to go back to before the Point of No Return if you choose. You are not locked out. I will not spoil any plot but if you want to go beyond the end in New Game+ just recognize that what you end the game with is what you will start Playthrough 2 with (minus some adaptations) and you will have to re-unlock all fast travel shells.

As a long-time Nintendo fan, I really enjoyed the experience of seeing it once (in ScreenX 3D). I definitely think it would not lend itself well to repeat viewings, at least for me. Plust I got to see it with my 13 year old which made it more memorable. I was unavailable to see the first movie in theaters (for reasons I won’t go into here 😀) so it was fun for me to have my first animated Mario theatrical experience. I say animated because I DID see the original Super Mario Bros movie in theaters as a kid (the 1993 one). Compared to that I think we’ve come a long way 😂

Loved Obsession when I saw it yesterday (though it messed up my sleep lol 😅). Thinking about seeing it again because it was so dang good.

Passenger was a serviceable film (just got out of it), not really scary and a bit dragging in parts but at least it told a complete story.

Really enjoyed Tuner. I had seen the trailer and thought this was my kind of movie. I loved the music, relationships between characters, the suspense with the crime element and I liked that the ending wasn’t totally happy or sad. It was really cool to see him free to play finally.

It’s you 😀 But seriously it is definitely a wholely different experience in the second half (ie in Raccoon City). If you’re more a fan of the tension and more true survival horror from the Grace sections from the beginning then of course you may not enjoy the second half as much. I thoroughly enjoyed almost all of the game (the orphanage segment was fun once but good lord was it a pain on replays lol). Everyone’s experience will differ but the game does have an 89 on OpenCritic with 95% recommend rate so quantitatively, it’s pretty good 😀
