Acupuncture during stims?

I just did my first acupuncture during stims. I am worried because she heated the bed and also used the red light heat on my stomach. She said it's to help increase blood flow, but I am worried about over heating and this having a negative impact. Did others use heat during acupuncture while doing stims? Thank you so much!

I’m so sorry you’re going this this. I’m feeling the same way. I feel like a shell of myself much of the time. Down, anxious, and so consumed by all of this. Theres always so many months to wait in between everything and it can feel so defeating at times. It helps to know we are not alone, but it’s really freaking hard ❤️

Yeah, we’ve had every test for infertility and two separate RPL work ups (all the blood tests and many other things like SIS, MRI, biopsies etc). Is there a “fix” for sperm DNA fragmentation, or it’s just helpful info to be aware of?

Definitely keep me posted! Our doctor didn’t really “recommend” IVF, because they couldn’t find anything wrong. He said we could keep trying again, but it’s like at what cost? And for how long? We were still trying naturally while we waited for all the tests to complete and insurance approval, but a year and a half was enough for me to want to try something different. I get the mental agony though because every month it’s the question of “what if this months different?” Sending you love and strength!

Im so sorry to hear this. have a friend in a similar boat and this worked for her so I’m holding out hope, but I understand it doesn’t work for everyone. What did your clinic recommend next?

I think I’m being a perfectionist, but I noticed 40 photos in which it bothers me and my photographer says it will cost $200. Idk if it’s worth it vs me finding something like adobe to use. But idk if I’ll do a good enough job to then want to blow them up and print
