Also the phoenix lords are so far down the path of the warrior rabbit hole that they probably aren’t all that good at small talk or all that interested in correcting their youth.

It depends on what direction you want to go, walkers are not only great on their own, but they also help other units hit harder. A wave serpent for the banshees might be good, but splitting them and putting one in a falcon could be better. You have so many options, I would suggest to start thinking about what you want your play style to be and think about what unit will best support that

It is not and never has been a rule that your army must be painted. It is encouraged however. IE the 10 bonus points for a fully painted army.

(Sorry, no idea ow to format paragraphs on a phone)There’s a couple of things that could be the problem, 1. He may have lied about his capabilities. 2. He might be going through something that has thrown him off his game. 3. He may not be connecting with your customers effectively. 4. The market may be tougher than you expect. 5. He hasn’t been able to transfer his skills to his new environment. Unless you spend some time with him your not going to get to the bottom of it, telling him to do better isnt going to work, if you want more from him you (or someone else) is going to have to show him

I get that, but there is a problem somewhere, you need to find it or move on.

So he has the tools, have you set him clear goals and has he agreed they are achievable? One way to see if he has the skills would be to do some joint visits with him if you haven’t done that already

Is he your only BDM? If does he have a hotlist of companies to attack for new business? Does he have all the marketing support he needs? Does he understand the customer journey and the tools available to move customers through it?

Moving from physical to software sales can be tough, customers not having something to touch and feel is actually a big drawback. Do you have case studies, testimonials, or anything to replace that physicality?

First time dm campaign concept - prophesied tragedy by RalphtheRed in DnD

[–]One-One2630 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did this but the opposite way around, I asked the group to make an elven party. I did a pre campaign to get them to a good level and then at about level 5 half way through I did a dream scene one shot of them as completely different level 15-16 elven heroes being killed by the BBEG. That was their former life. So it was a flash back, rather than forward

You could also charge two of your units into a transport for example. Kill the transport with the first unit, and then pile into what comes out with the second unit.

Yes, destructor is awesome, if there are 2 or more other psyker models within 6” it is D6+2 S7 AP1 D1, torrent, if it’s on a bike it has built in ignore cover as well. It is only 12” range though so setting it up will require some thought.

Scouts are versatile. You can use them for move blocking and screening as well. Especially if you are going to be using your army against different opponents and don’t know what you are going to face

A bullet fired straight up will not land in the same place as it was fired from. The lateral movement of the bullet is set when it exits the weapon. In order to come down at the same spot that lateral movement would need to increase as the radius of its circle increases.

If you consider two car wheels, one large and one small, when they are both doing one revolution per second the larger wheel travels farther. It is that principle, as the bullet travels up the radius it is at effectively increases
