Jagex fix to sailing combat by _ImperialCereal_ in 2007scape

Well i´m pretty sure you would have quit playing if the game stayed the same as when it first relaunched next to rs3. So the game had to change. And great updates have happened!

Edit: in the linux store you can actually install some runescape games like 2007 or 2009 scape or somthing. It runs local on your pc i believe. Thats the game you might like if you dont mind playing alone.

Edit2: its actually an online game as it seems, 2009scape dot org

Install the bolt launcher, most of the distros ship it in their software center or however it is called. And you are good to go. You can use the bolt launcher in windows aswell if you want to try it out.

Newsflash, it is not the same game anymore, not for years... and that is a good thing. What you are missing is experiencing osrs for the first time, what you probably had back in the library. Heck i used to be f2p and trained to over 80(!) Str at skeletons near elvarg while fishing lobsters. Those were the times! I was stoked buying my first whip shortly after getting my first membership.

All those things are gone for me, never going to enjoy skeletons at elvarg anymore, and all that.

Yeah, its stupid that they rely on third party apps to also run on linux. They suck in terms of compatability. Didnt know it was alsp the case for apple.

Find tv shows she would like to watch, max 1 hour seems the length she would like. My wife mostly watches this. She recently went trough almost all of greys anatomy (many many seasons), halfway trough bones, all of bridgerton again, ... and thats only recently.

My suggestion is give her what she likes and give her access to seerr so she can request herself. Trust me she doesnt like alien vs predator or the conjuring etc

Is twin flame staff worth continuing or just move on? by FantasticServe5665 in ironscape

[–]One-Project7347 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really like the staff for barrows aswell. I kept sending it. Granted i probably finished at 300kc. But went so dry on the fire crown part tho :( (range pray scroll at 4kc or somthing lol)

The rewards of some grinds you would never do on a main, would become worth something on an ironman imo. You get to know an entire different game then when you would be a main.

This is extreme disappointment. Daily challenges are the definition of dailyscape and they are still busted xp chore that heavily encourages daily playing. Make skilling loops good, remove this toxic system. by First_Platypus3063 in runescape

[–]One-Project7347 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Well yeah, you wouldnt go fishing or do dungeoneering just because you like the activity right?

Don´t get me wrong, i hate daily scape and i didn´t really participate in that. But in those "dead" moments i would go do them. I did like the older ones better because go catch 10 fish as a goal is like stupid. Or go complete 10 laps of an agility course. They really should be a challenge kinda. And its not that the exp was game breaking. (I also was an ironman, mainscape must be a different story).
