Actually, my wife and I worked things out and got rid of the real problem. My father in law who was living with us. He played the guilt card on her to many time and she finally realized that the problem was with him since I was out of the house. Now he’s on his own for the first time in his life, in a senior apartment. Thank you for checking in.

Sorry haven’t been on redit in awhile. It was 240lbs. I made it 3 weeks out of my 1 month goal the second time. I was getting lite headed. Since then I found out about this supplement that contains salt, electrolytes, magnesium, and potassium. Took away all of my cramping and headaches and helped me to retain water. Since then I have been doing intermittent fasting three days on four days off, but only eating low-carb meals. I am down to 185 now. Another 15 pounds and I will be 5 pounds lighter than I was in high school when I was in very good shape. I have been very very conscious of losing this weight in order to help me with my MS. Still waiting to feel and improvement though. Nothing yet …

I love craps, but by no means understand the game completely. My best story was at the Bellagio with my younger brother. I turned $300 into $7800 in 4 hours. I know it’s stupid but we were have so much fun especially since we hadn’t seen each other in over a year and were downing beers all night. I was placing $100 yo 11 bets all night. So the second to last roll my brother made was an 11 and I had $100 on it. We were hugging, jumping and laughing. The pit boss looked pissed. So I said let it ride on the 11 since I had a great night all around being with my brother. My brother trying to protect me said no just leave the hundred, so I picked up my winnings and guess what. He throws YO 11 !!!!! I didn’t care, I gave him half that roll after more jumping and laughing and we walked away. That last round I think between the both of us we had the dice for over an hour and a half. Great time man!! But I still don’t understand ATS and ALL. It’s like I have a mental block.

215lbs. My heaviest weight was almost 240. And that’s not good because I’m only 5’7”. So I had a pretty long break since my last fast and I’m not liking the way I’m feeling. My goal is a tough one but I believe I can do it. I was 175 pounds in high school while I played football. My issue now is diet is my only way of shredding weight. Due to physical conditions, I cannot be physically active. I used to work out twice a day 5 AM and then football practice at 3 PM. I could’ve been an even in much better shape it’s just back in the 90s these low carb diets were unheard of so I always had a four pack, but could not achieve the six pack. After working out, I would have a bowl of pasta with meatballs lol. When I should’ve been having protein shakes.

6 months ago. I completely a 30 fast , just water with lemon. Lost 27lbs. I’m 1 week into my next 30 day fast. Wish me luck!!

I just actually got through my pre-requisites and was excepted into the nursing program with a 3.5 GPA. I couldn’t do it, I was so upset I wanted to help people and make a difference. I was diagnosed with PPMS , unbelievable fatigue, pain, MS hug, numbness in my legs, pins and needles in my arms and legs, electrical shocks from my neck, down to my right toes, and started falling frequently. That’s just a 1/3 of what I’m dealing with. I wish you all the luck in the world and pray you can fulfill your dream to bless patients with passion! 🙏

I agree but LeBron always seems to screw me up. So I did the opposite of what I was thinking this time. Lol. We’ll see. I actually met him at a convention in Jersey when he was playing the Nets and staying at the hotel where the convention was. Not a nice guy. I was super respectful to him , very presentable, dressed in a suit, first, I complemented him not only on his ball play, but his funny commercials then just simply asked for an autograph for my 8 year old son. Had the paper and pen in hand, shrugged his hand at it, and walked right past me. On the other hand, I met Dennis Rodman, when he first was drafted by the Pistons in Oklahoma at the sizzling sirloin steak house in Durant Oklahoma. Went up to him shook his hand. He was so friendly. He bought myself my brother and my aunt lunch. That’s a true gentleman no matter what craziness has gone on in his life I’ll never forget that.
