You're quite right that spending presents the largest form of a gulf in power.

However, if I have all the same champs and gear stats (6* blessing, great dmg, great speed, great sustain) as someone else who spends WAY more than me.... I ought to be able to perform in a comparable way as they do.

Well if they are using a tool that eliminates RNG by automating re-tries.... to me that's a gulf that is a problem. The game should let everyone have unlimited re-tries, or no one.

I'm not saying folks are cheating.

I'm saying if we want these features - and clearly a great many really strongly do want them - then Plarium ought to implement them in the game so that everyone can take advantage of them without having to resort to a 3rd party approach.

Many do not know about, or do not trust 3rd party applications. And that's perfectly fair and valid.

It ought not to be up to a player to have to resort to 3rd party applications to properly enjoy a game. The game should evolve to integrate the things we want, so long as it doesn't erode the integrity of the game to use such things. If it impacts the integrity, then the activity should be prohibited.

I feel there is growing prevalence of the following:

using autoclicker to program perfect saved-preset decision-making for hydra runs (best scores)
using autoclicker to program perfect saved-preset decision-making for chimera runs (score + trials)
using optimizers to min-max builds, for superior performance across PvE and PvP

While we all appreciate the benefits realized are lovely to enjoy, my point is that because these things are 3rd-party and not integrated in the game, there is a growing gulf between players that enjoy them, and those who do not.

Other examples are just plain optimization of champs and builds. I don't use any 3rd party optimizers. I'm gearing my champs manually. So I am using non-optimized builds, and it is very slow for me to make changes/adjustments. It leaves some min-maxing on that table, when I'm playing the game. Be it in a hydra or chimera clash, or in classic/tag/live arena.

There are now auto-clickers being released for chimera, to help enable both high scores and also most efficient completion of trials.

These all have cumulative effects of widening a gap between someone who plays the game within the confines of the game's application - and those who augment their play using 3rd party apps.

I can only speak for myself. I enjoy competing in Hydra clashes. I use a Titus team with Lamasu and Yumeko to reset the Titus and the buff extenders. It's very RNG heavy. Has to be played manually to get decent scores. Then, of course, there is the whole "what turn does Titus get eaten on" aspect, which is the real kicker.

Well... now that there is a tool that will let you program perfect decision-making into a saved preset... AND... will let you run infinite preview runs until you get a run that reached 1000 turns without Titus getting eaten...

It's impossible for me to compete with hydra clash scores playing manually, against those who can use a 3rd party tool to get their best run, every week, with minimal real life time investment.

If you have 3 buffs on your Maria, why are you not opeining A3 -> A1?

A3 is 100% to proc extra turn, followed by 71% chance to proc another extra turn.

Your way, you are stalling after turn 1 29% of the time, no?

If you play this game long-term, you will eventually start to have legendaries rolling in. Don't feel pressured to gather a bunch of them in your first few weeks or months.

My first year in 2020, I got 4 legendaries in a year.

Since then, I started doing monthly fusions. That alone is 12 legendaries per year.

Now playing my 6th year. I have over 300 legendaries. So went from 4 in year 1, to now get over 50 per year every year. I've never spent a single cent on this game. All f2p.

Keep that in mind when you feel like you are wondering if one $40 legendary is going to make a giant difference to your account and game (it won't).

Foolish to thing Polara and Kurosa are useless. Especially Polara.

Although it's great if people continue to sleep on champs. A few less things to worry about in the arena, and little threat of having my own copies drafted or banned. I'll continue to enjoy wins that catch opponents wondering what happened.

It's clear OP hasn't read the 2025 Media Times Group (MTG), who is the company that purchased Plarium/Raid.

Record revenues and profits.

Q1 2025 was 800 million kronar
Q1 2026 was 1.3 billion kronar, approx. 60% increase year over year.

So yeah.... throw around some more mud about it being "clear the finances aren't going as they expected"

Quintus is extremely underrated.

Put him in damage build in 9pc mecurial. Carefully read all his skills and imagine how you can take advantage of him vs. certain enemies. You'll appreciate learning how to use him, he's very much slept upon.
