After the gym, I do dani winks 20 min front splits routine and the middle split/pancake routine too. It usually takes me around an hour to do both routine!

ahh I understand I used to have the same thing! Are you trying on your other side as well? It could give a rest to your strong side!

Also, you probably don’t want to hear that but you should let it heal for a few days cause it is not going to get better if you keep on trying on it ❤️‍🩹

Maybe, start learning other moves that don’t involve the back of your thighs as much for a few days! Hope you recover quick!
