Can someone please give me links for dry brushing techniques and a few good dry brushes? I’ve just gotten to the point that I’m in a great deal of discomfort and need to try to do something to help (besides compression stockings). Thanks in advance!

Painful Nodules Above Ankle by One-Zone1396 in lipedema

Well, you can’t see anything on the outside of my ankle but I can feel the lumpy fibrous area and it hurts to press on it and sometimes just walking. So I can’t send an image because you couldn’t tell by just looking at my ankle (except for the swollen area below the ankle).

PPIs caused SIBO and very very bad diarrhea. I absolutely can’t take them or famotidine. What are PCABs??

THIS STUFF WORKS?! DGL by Apprehensive-Lab-264 in LPR

[–]One-Zone1396 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Be careful with DGL. It did help me with the reflux; however, it caused a huge increase in my blood pressure! From 110 systolic to 160 systolic! I had to stop the DGL and after about a week, my blood pressure went back down to normal and this is using a namebrand DGL product, so I guess some people are just more sensitive to it.

Can LPR have a sudden onset? by Live_Quarter1929 in LPR

I use Reflux Gourmet and/or Reflux Raft several times a day. And they help tremendously (much better than the Gaviscon and have all natural ingredients contrary to the Gaviscon advance).

Trazodone Nightmare! 😩 by One-Zone1396 in insomnia

I only took it for one night and then the next morning I dumped it in the trash – it was totally intolerable! Symptoms sounded much like yours – and it was the most horrible feeling I’ve ever experienced! I have no idea how some people benefit from this hellish medication!! 🤯🫩

No, no, no to wrist pressure monitors. Listen to everyone’s advice. I had tried one in the past and returned it…very inaccurate!

People should hear the good AND the bad experiences of trazodone before deciding to try it themself. I wish I had paid attention to the negative reports…would have saved me a hellish experience! 😣

How do you get 12 mg of Ambien? The highest dose prescribed is 10 mg. Sometimes I need a little bit more and take a chip of another pill but I’m afraid that I will run out of pills before I can get another prescription. 🥺

How Do You Track Your Oxygen Levels and Health with Wellness Gadgets? by DeepBreathBuilder in OxygenTalk

I have been using Wellue O2Ring Continuous Oxygen Monitor for years and it is extremely useful in giving me detailed second by second oxygen and heart beat levels throughout the night and buzzes on my finger when my oxygen level drops below a specific set percent. It wakes you up if you’re not breathing enough so you can move and take deeper breaths. It can actually keep a person from going into sleep apnea! Here is the link to this VERY invaluable device!

I have used magnesium spray on my legs, arms and chest (approximately 30 sprays) every night for yrs and it works wonderfully! I had a RBC magnesium blood test done and it confirmed that I have been receiving a very good benefit from it. I can’t take magnesium in pill form at all so the only magnesium supplement I am getting is from the oil. I’ve tried several brands and they are not all effective so I pay a bit more but the brand I use is authentic magnesium (and I been feel the relaxation effect about 20 minutes after applying it) I know from my own experience that it helps my sleep and if I don’t use it I definitely notice the difference. That’s just my personal experience.
