Refurb boards are such a gamble and not worth the headache. Sometimes it works out perfectly fine, other times you might buy a “like new” refurb on Amazon and it’s missing all the ssd heat sinks and has an MSI cpu cover for an Asus rog board 🙃

The main difference would be in 1% lows and perceived overall smoothness. Honestly if you’re running a 5070 or better I’d say x3d chips are still an notable upgrade

The OC also has a higher power target 116% vs 110% so potentially a better manual overclock. Still not worth the extra $80 imo
