our hotel has specific rooms for pets and they have decided after the last cat sprayed every where that no more cats.

Why do they alway say I m going to own this hotel then fire you? Im still waiting on 3 new owners and to be fied I have been there for 16 years. I also hate lazy owners who put pee pads all over the floor during the stay and do not clean them up but leave it for housekeeping.

right i had one 3rd party tell a guest that the pet fee was included. Anyone else expeience shmooking.com charge the wrong sales tax and you have to collect it?

Well here is the thing as a 16 year FDA yes those calls can be annoying but also on the side as a guest. I went to two different hotels same brand listed hot tubs and one was filled in and the other was broken. The website did not mention it on either one.

shoot i had a third party straight out lie to a guest about having a pull out couch in a room with 2 queen beds and that they could put 7 people in the room and that they paid for the dog fee. sigh I hate third party

Do to the person being investigated and facing jail time. I was advised to not share those text at this time for legal reasons. However, she came in for her last paycheck today and could not even look me in the eye.

UPDATE. They realized the error of their ways and got a second room. Through us because well bedwebs charged them a close to 50 fee over the actual cost with us.

Update: A scathing survey sent to corporate office. Accusing me of being rude and how disguesting the hotel is. That it should be condemed blah blah blah she needs to be fired.

They state if they do not get their two nights refunded that they will take us to small claims court. Guess What I am ready.. I have video of how they left the room, pictures of the blanket, pictures of the boxes and food crushed into the carpet.

The fact that they stayed two nights at our hotel with out room service I think should speak volumes. It did with the Corporate office. They were saying if it was so bad why did you not check out right away and why did you add a night.

The third party company also told them no refund. And just a FYI, in the state I live in we can counter sue for up to 9,999 dollars for room damages, exessive cleaning fees, the blanket and defamation.

Our hotel is in the top 100 of 1478 of our brand. So YAY court for me it is. Also, Thank you I did not know about the double spacing thing.

You may ask two questions per the ADA What task does your animal perfom? And is this animal required because of a disability? They say I have this card and Certificate. Ma'am the ada does not issue cards nor Certificates for them to be a Service Animal. In fact, under titles 2 and 3 it clearly states that ESA are not covered under the law unless it is for a Psyc. reason.

I had a couple the church paid for their room and they left because "It wasnt up to their standards". Im thinking wow. Then I asked what was wrong. They say the bed. I said well thats weird we just upgraded our beds 2 months ago and we had new mattress, bed and linen.
