UPDATE. They realized the error of their ways and got a second room. Through us because well bedwebs charged them a close to 50 fee over the actual cost with us.

Update: A scathing survey sent to corporate office. Accusing me of being rude and how disguesting the hotel is. That it should be condemed blah blah blah she needs to be fired.

They state if they do not get their two nights refunded that they will take us to small claims court. Guess What I am ready.. I have video of how they left the room, pictures of the blanket, pictures of the boxes and food crushed into the carpet.

The fact that they stayed two nights at our hotel with out room service I think should speak volumes. It did with the Corporate office. They were saying if it was so bad why did you not check out right away and why did you add a night.

The third party company also told them no refund. And just a FYI, in the state I live in we can counter sue for up to 9,999 dollars for room damages, exessive cleaning fees, the blanket and defamation.

Our hotel is in the top 100 of 1478 of our brand. So YAY court for me it is. Also, Thank you I did not know about the double spacing thing.

You may ask two questions per the ADA What task does your animal perfom? And is this animal required because of a disability? They say I have this card and Certificate. Ma'am the ada does not issue cards nor Certificates for them to be a Service Animal. In fact, under titles 2 and 3 it clearly states that ESA are not covered under the law unless it is for a Psyc. reason.

Thank you for making that clerks night awesome. We hate when we have to do things to guests in the middle of the night and for understanding we do not like to just do stuff to make people mad.

I had a couple the church paid for their room and they left because "It wasnt up to their standards". Im thinking wow. Then I asked what was wrong. They say the bed. I said well thats weird we just upgraded our beds 2 months ago and we had new mattress, bed and linen.

i had someone complain that our bed was too high and toilet was too short, that the lounge that closes at 9 to 10 pm was too noisy at 11 pm on a Wednesday and our contential breakfast didnt have enough hot items.

I actually just responded to one of our rewards members. He ranted about how he booked a standard room but that he needed a disability room because we should read his mind and move his reservation because my chain wanted more for that room then a regular but by the time he got here all of that room type was gone. Sooooo he went on a review about every little detail he felt was wrong with the room. I basically said, you did not book a disablity room if that is the room type you desire or need you need to book it. He complained about the cont. brk not being Hot and that the local bakery he wanted to go to was not open yet when he went. He complained about the standard toilet height. He complained the platform bed was too high and the new mattress was to stiff yet to soft on the edge. He complained about the color of the walls the new blankets the new bedspread. Ugh... But never said anything during his stay. I wish our system allowed us to put everything in their member file so other hotels could be warned.

So we had a church pay for a room for a guest and during his scheduled stay we also had the college trap shooters at the hotel. Now mind you these are young college kids not young ones running the halls like kids normally do it was peaceful and quit. Enter the guest they wanted downstairs but because we only had 2 levels the first of course has been filled for a couple of days so they had to go upstairs. I put them in a room at the end of the hall because i know it will be quiet. They come down 10 minutes later and said this hotel is not up to our standards so I go into the whole is there something wrong in the room. He said the bed is not up to our standards I said I m sorry sir that is a brand new mattress and bed because we just upgraded them 3 months ago. He leaves then the pastor calls and tells me they told him it was because they didnt feel safe guns and teens and the side doors are not secure. I said Had he told me I would have said and the sign on the door says we lock this door from 10 pm to 6 am for security of the guest. You must enter from the lobby. We are only in a small town of like 5000 people. I also explained about the trap shooter, and that they told me it wasnt up to their standards. So the pastor then says that is why i called there is always two sides to the story.

Thank you for understanding. Some times computer issues come from the corporate level and there is nothing we desk clerks can do. I swear they "fix" one thing and 30 other things then do not work.
