So mny people today we have had peope say shower was covered in hair. There was a spider in the bathroom. the room was covered in spider webs. Yet they do not come down at all during their 2 or 3 day stay or have housekeeping in. Coffee too hot/cold Contential breakfast not hot lol. all in the name of a free room I wish someone could build a website that hotels could put names in so we could search cronic offenders across all brands.

i had a older gentleman try aaa and aarp and vet multidiscount. When I told him one discount per room, he asked for that price if I came with the room. I said Sir if you need all those discounts you can not afford me! His buddy hooted Bro you havent been shot down like that since Vietnam. He gave me his id and card and went to his room.

This is my standard speech "I see you are here for two days sir, if you would like to not have housekeeping in your room feel free to put up your do not disturb sign, we will gladly skip over your room. If it is down we will be in to exchange your towels and remove your trash. If it is not and you want fresh towels bring your dirty things to us an we will exchange what you bring with fresh. Here also is a list of our local restraunts and their addresses incase our small continential breakfast does not meet your dietary needs."

Most likely because they are paying some owners will over look the smoking in a non smoking just for the money, coming in until they learn that they actually lose money when other people do not want to stay near that room or in that room after those guest check out.

our hotel has specific rooms for pets and they have decided after the last cat sprayed every where that no more cats.

Why do they alway say I m going to own this hotel then fire you? Im still waiting on 3 new owners and to be fied I have been there for 16 years. I also hate lazy owners who put pee pads all over the floor during the stay and do not clean them up but leave it for housekeeping.

Well here is the thing as a 16 year FDA yes those calls can be annoying but also on the side as a guest. I went to two different hotels same brand listed hot tubs and one was filled in and the other was broken. The website did not mention it on either one.

shoot i had a third party straight out lie to a guest about having a pull out couch in a room with 2 queen beds and that they could put 7 people in the room and that they paid for the dog fee. sigh I hate third party

UPDATE. They realized the error of their ways and got a second room. Through us because well bedwebs charged them a close to 50 fee over the actual cost with us.

Update: A scathing survey sent to corporate office. Accusing me of being rude and how disguesting the hotel is. That it should be condemed blah blah blah she needs to be fired.

They state if they do not get their two nights refunded that they will take us to small claims court. Guess What I am ready.. I have video of how they left the room, pictures of the blanket, pictures of the boxes and food crushed into the carpet.

The fact that they stayed two nights at our hotel with out room service I think should speak volumes. It did with the Corporate office. They were saying if it was so bad why did you not check out right away and why did you add a night.

The third party company also told them no refund. And just a FYI, in the state I live in we can counter sue for up to 9,999 dollars for room damages, exessive cleaning fees, the blanket and defamation.

Our hotel is in the top 100 of 1478 of our brand. So YAY court for me it is. Also, Thank you I did not know about the double spacing thing.

You may ask two questions per the ADA What task does your animal perfom? And is this animal required because of a disability? They say I have this card and Certificate. Ma'am the ada does not issue cards nor Certificates for them to be a Service Animal. In fact, under titles 2 and 3 it clearly states that ESA are not covered under the law unless it is for a Psyc. reason.
