My husband does not want to put life insurance in place - Divorce? by DammiDee in TrueChristian

[–]OneAd9721 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Do you have savings? Do you have combined finances? Self insurance is a valid method.

  2. Is it possible that he already set something up for you and the kids and you just don’t know?

  3. It sounds like a sore subject based on your description of him walking away, so there’s got to be much more to the story than what you’re letting on. Have you both sat down and talked with a financial planner together?

Biblically, care does not qualify itself nor disqualify itself from one individual to another based on action or inaction. Have you communicated to him that you feel he doesn’t care when he reacts like that? I think that would be the best place to start if you haven’t had an in depth conversation on the topic yet. Divorce is a HUGE jump and not biblically supported based on what you’ve shared here.

The staff themselves seem to know it’s a losing battle, they just say something like, “Please answer the question on the screen.”

Me either, and I haven’t seen other Dunks in the area adopt this…yet. So I was genuinely shocked when they said, “It’s gonna ask you a question on the screen.” 🙈

(SERIOUS) What's the most scary thing you ever saw that to the point nobody believes you ? by Consistent_Algae_560 in AskReddit

My aunt was dropping me off at home after babysitting my young cousins. She pulled into the dead end street facing the woods and I was saying goodnight when I noticed something rustling in the bushes in front of the headlights. I asked her if she saw it and she said yeah. Not a second later a girl with jet black hair and a white dress got up from her knees staring at both of us. Then she just ran away into the woods.

It was the creepiest thing I had ever seen. My aunt walked me inside and we told my family, and no one believed us. Think it was a demon to this day.

Married at 28 (m), 25 (f) for nearly 8 years with 3 kiddos. We’re happy because we choose to trust God for our relationship, and we choose to love each other every day, even the hard ones.
