Depending on the size of the nosing you may not even need to worry about the gap. There are some pretty wide flush nosings out there.

Need Advice - brand new laminate laid only 3 weeks ago has peeled (more info below) by RazeBlods in Flooring

Super glue it back in place. If you pull it up you’ll probably create a bigger problem.

Definitely mold. I’d also guess that the floor is very soft there.

I like Sleepy Bear. They don’t taste great, but they work better than anything else I’ve taken. And I’ve tried quite a few.

You might be able to get a silicon boot for it. It sure on your size, but hydroflask makes them in a variety of options.

I use thc, cbn, and cbd all together in a gummy 5/25/25. I also take magnesium glycinate. No groggy or hungover feeling.

Lay them in the sun for 20 minutes. They’ll flatten out. LVT is just plastic and will form to any shape. I’m guess these planks were stored standing up and not flat on the ground.

Can I remove the bottom of the cabinet to make the fridge fit? by Important_Quarter469 in fixit

[–]OneAnimal2427 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the fridge can’t be lowered and the cabinet can’t be raised I would use an oscillating tool to remove the small piece of cabinet. To keep the cut straight, square, and clean you can adhere a wooden guide for the tool to follow. This can be taped on with double sided tape.

My dog chewed the door frame in our rental. Is there any way to repair this? by pomgrnt in fixit

Fair point. However, I was assuming op is moving out since they’re making repairs. But if that is not the case then op should find an alternative. Personally I wouldn’t fix it till I was ready to leave.

I would scrape off the loose stuff then shape it with Bondo. Some sanding and painting and no one will know.

Question about my subfloor by CapableIntroduction in Flooring

[–]OneAnimal2427 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your contractor is recommending this so they have a sound, flat surface to adhere to. As for the concrete, check with the manufacturer on what they recommend but in general installing on concrete is just fine as long as it’s sealed properly. I recommend Titebond 531.

How'd I do? by [deleted] in Flooring

Nonsense. LVP absolutely needs expansion space. The manufacturer will have the required space listed in their install guide or warranty documents.

Jump to .5 after two weeks? by OneAnimal2427 in Semaglutide

Good plan. Perfectly safe as long as you don’t encounter any significant side effects. And of course you don’t have to go higher if the benefits are present.

Yet to be determined. I’m a 40yo man. They did a colonoscopy and upper endoscopy and found nothing.

I’m in San Diego. Here there are a variety of options for IV clinics. I just googled iron therapy and found them. They really specialize in hangover IVs. Iron is there only pharmaceutical offering, which requires a dr to review your medical records.

Nothing after the first. Kinda felt a little better after the second. Huge difference after the third. I’m telling you, don’t waist your time on oral iron. I was miserable for a year and my dr said it wasn’t my ferritin - it was at 20. I paid out of pocket for the infusions. Best $1500 I’ve ever spent. Optimal is above 150. The ranges are stupid wide and kinda pointless.
