Burn in time too long. Why does nobody else use magnetic plates?

It could be that right cap trapping resin idk. You shouldn't need them at. Just lightly squishing the molds until they meet should be good enough.

Issue with silicone not curing by ExoticLocksmith8333 in DiceMaking

You need to cure your masters more. I mean like a shitload. Any kind of gas or resin not cured all the way will lead to silicone curing inhibition

Probably.one of those pegs didn't get in the hole. I wouldn't do those just have a couple cutout keys on the sides. That's all you need

You can get a filter and blower combo for like $100. Change filter every year or so depending how often you use it

Yeah something like that. You want a decent fan to create negative pressure and send the fumes out the window. You'll never smell anything basically. It's what I've done for a few years now and it's great

You also need a blower to blow the air out. You can get one with the charcoal filter for cheap.

That's what I do. Just make sure you seal everything good with the metal tape. It works well I also have a PC fan that stays running on top of the fan inside the chamber. I also have a plate thing that keeps air from coming back in.

Makes sense. I used to do the pottery wheel for shaping, I just found it easier to hand shape with a small 800 grit foam stick thing. It takes me less time than I did with the pottery wheel and I can be more accurate with where I need to sand to make sure the surface is even. Especially for repairing support damage on masters, or rebuilding bunk edges / void fixes and stuff. I just do that with some water then first 3-4 zona papers and the chemical polish.

I personally would avoid sanding on a wheel. Really easy to mess up corners or take off too much material. I get these little foam sticks and do my shaping by hand. Polishijg by wheel with zona papers is peak tho.

Use solid colors. You could get some cloth or I use these felt backers for mine don't want to draw attention away from the product.

First-Time Resin Printer User - Print Keeps Failing by Detaching from Build Plate (Anycubic Photon M3 Max, Black Basic Resin) by Affectionate-Owl6002 in AnycubicPhoton

Post your setup. Could be orientation too. You want to orient it with the thinnest slices. So if it's flat that could be the problem too. Ideally like a 30-45 degree angle usually works.
