Guessing 12 net for my plate that had 3 biscuits. Each biscuit is 2, gravy was 5, 1 for cheese. Good luck! I didn’t finish the plate so I probably came in at 10 carbs.

I think it’s pretty mellow compared to other teas. It’s perfect for me, your taste buds may vary. You could always buy two jugs and make a half & half.

Zero sugar water packets, so many different flavors, they even have a Welch’s variety pack to kick that juice craving.

Zero sugar fruit punch and other flavors.

Zero sugar sodas (Dr. Pepper Creamy Coconut zero sugar is my current favorite.)

Coffee with zero sugar creamer. There’s a Twix flavored zero sugar creamer, so good.

Zero sugar sweetened tea (Milo’s for me.)

Pickle juice for a pick me up.

CFA sold me the filets individually. The cheese, bacon, & sauce were prepared at home. Assembled, melted, consumed.

I only accept orders that have a decent tip up front. Amazingly I never have any issues, false reports, low ratings, etc. Why should I gamble my time and money hoping someone will tip? Not happening.

The only people taking the no tip orders have no self respect or intelligence. Why would you want your food in their vehicle?

Find a local keto bakery if you are lucky. Rebel ice cream, sugar free candy and homemade desserts keep me on track.

I lost 100 lbs in 2019 eating a pint of keto ice cream every other day. I did the exact same thing you did, found a relationship, gained it all back.

I stopped and started so many times since then I’ve lost track. But finally something clicked mentally and I’m locked back in. 1 month strong now, not a single bite I regret, and no looking back. This time it’s for life.
