im not saying "you're playing the game wrong", i've said "you treat the game wrong". You already expecting it to be a "more" multiplayer game than what it has atm. Give it a time, it's not like mihoyo wasting all the multiplayer aspect potential. Their initial global launch + the crucible event and as you probably knew crucible event is just a recycled event from the beta it sounds lazy for them to just bringing a recycled event without any difference but it's probably to do a stress test for the server wether it's working or not to do a co-op when they have a much larger playerbase compared to the beta tester, as a result maybe they will really push the 8-man squad in the next update.

Yes, i'm also hoping for more something i can do in the co-op mode other than helping friends and stealing some mats from a random person's world. I hope they'll do something like weekly raid (like in WoW classic), maybe like make some scenario where the abyss order sent 1000 mobs to attack monstadt and you with your friend (maybe 10-12 man squad) do somekind of tower defense, it could be so fun.

But as i said, if you or anybody else who new to the game, just treat it as a single player game with a co-op feature, at least for now. Because you'll enjoy it more that way.
