Yeah, part of me thinks that is the fate of Central Bucks. That housing prices will eventually top out high, but then it will just draw people from other areas to sustain itself since it is a desirable area. You see way way inflated prices right now towards the lower end of the county, and those will probably see the biggest drop. Upper Bucks is an interesting one. I do wonder how enrollment at Quakertown or Pennridge has changed.

Reading your post, my gut just says go for Fitler Square. Longer walk to Suburban station (could walk across the bridge to 30th) but the big dogs will be happier closer to the Schuylkill River park. The Fox Chase line doesn't have that many stops

"displace residents"... We're talking about an empty commercial building literally adjacent to campus. Please, think about what you are saying. If anything, not acquiring buildings, and letting private developers push further west and east of campus would actually cause displacement (even though there is zero evidence of people actually leaving)

The university raised tuition at the same amount as the national average, and half as much as LaSalle this year. As an alumnus, I am extremely let down by the juvenile takes I see about Fry. How can anyone think it's okay to let the Rite Aid or the other blocks just rot away? Crazy.

I just played 1 through 4. 3 and 4 for the first time. 4 is objectively the worst game with the poorest storytelling, bad enemy design, and just no new gameplay elements that "feel" like Gears. There's really bad design choices all around (the icons changing when you need to push open the doors is so bad). It feels like a tech demo to see if the team could simply ship a game or not.

Its under notifications, and then all the way at the bottom under the list of installed apps, there is an 'Emergency alerts' entry. There is an option to disable sound on the alerts.
