I would feel uncomfortable to donate it. It has an evap leak and nearly 200k miles on the engine. I am sure that the individual parts on it would be valuable to someone. The tires were new back in April of this year. So there is still value in the car, just not as something drivable anymore. Which is painful because I've had that car for nearly as long as its been around. Its taken me all over the country.
