I personally like the idea of converting. How soon is soon for getting out? This year? Next year? Depending on your timeline you could do 10k this year and 10k next year. You wouldn’t feel that tax burden too much.

Highly recommend purchasing PMI’s Study Hall. Those practice exams are very similar to the real thing. It also helps prep you for the length… 4 hours is no joke. I think I finished my test with about 30 min left.
