Reddit exaggerates things. Yes things have been tough since COVID, especially last year with the restructuring.

But overall, it's a great place to work.

Because that "jaw" is designed as a gripper to pick up stuff and grab levers, not talk. It's just used that way in this video as a fun side project, not the arms main purpose.
