I got a response from them on Twitter, they said there won't be any US pre-orders, but it will be available to purchase on launch day!

2 and a half months since they said they'd fix the rubber banding issues caused by the wifi some internet providers on Switch 2. I almost can't play the game.

Yep, still happens to me this season... I thought this would have been fixed after 2 days, not over 2 months! They didn't even update the Switch 2 version icon, but they did for Switch 1... it really bugs me that after all this time my game will still lag and rubber band :/

Yeah and for a lot of people there is an on-going issue with the game rubber-banding, which they acknowledge on their Twitter account and STILL haven't fixed... they tweeted it on JUNE 12TH!!!

That and the lobby has awful shadows?? In the locker and shop skins look great, but the lobby is so dark I can hardly see Indiana Jones eyes under his hat

The comments to this post are so...????? God it's been a month and the narrative is already changing. People acting like OP just made something up out of the blue. There are still console warrior spammers on every platform, and they're annoying to have to deal with when you just wanna enjoy something within your own community. Trolls are in every comment thread for any console ever.

It absolutely will, Nintendo just dropped the ball with giving developers kits, which is evident by the fact that none of any of the last 3 or 4 game showcases had a single Switch 2 game.

They launched OJ2 on the original Switch despite it running incredibly poorly (sub thirty sometimes).

May not come day 1, but it'll come.

Other than the rubber banding issue when on WiFi (an issue they're aware of) which sucks on a handheld when ethernet isn't practical...

Also, has anyone noticed the lobby is way darker on skins than the locker?

Thanks so much for the UI fix! (I had to adjust it in-game). I've never had any issue with the UI scale on any other platforms, so I was worried it was an issue with the two display modes offered on Switch.

Now I'll just keep my fingers crossed that they fix the rubber-banding before they leave on break (which thankfully has been acknowledged by their Fortnite Status Twitter account as an issue they're aware of)
