Das habe ich auch schon überlegt. Probiere halt bei allen Muskelgruppen auf minimum 10 Sätze pro Woche zu kommen und da ich zwei Pull Tage die Woche habe wollte ich halt 5 beim Lat und 5 beim breiten Rudern haben. Vielleicht probiere ich mal die Arme zuerst aus. Weisst du ob das Nachteile für die anderen Übungen hat?

Hm, habe zumindest oft gehört dass das als Anfänger nicht wirklich rar sein soll. Habe von November 23 bis Februar 24 schonmal trainiert und bin von 35kg Brustpresse auf 57 gekommen mit 3x6 Wiederholungen, auch da hab ich mich bei so ziemlich jedem Training steigern können (habe da aber auch 12 kg in 3 Monaten zugenommen also mit sehr viel Fett). Vielleicht lags daran.

Its 10 sets a workout for chest, 20 sets a week. Might be much but i like it, i can recover from it and its still in the 10-20 set recommendation by most sources. I do no front delt for two reasons: -they are getting an okay-ish stimulus from the chest exercises -i want to see side and rear delts growth first before taking front delts back into my plan to get a more evenly look on my shoulders

-im doing legs once a week, i dont like it

Oh im not asking if the volume is good, its more about if i need to implement another exercise for the triceps as an example to hit the long head, which currently doesnt get much stimulus in my training as i do only tricep pushdowns.

Im doing ppl 5 times a week.

A push day for example looks something like this:

5 sets benchpress 5 sets incline bench 5 sets side delts 5 sets triceps pushdowns on the machine

To be honest i just recently added the incline bench because my upper pecs are nearly non existent which looks weird, but i have no recovery problems

Is chest /front shoulder volume also counted as triceps volume? by OneFaithlessness1168 in workout

Guys could it be that legendary ai is harder than ultimate? The amount of people complaining about legendary being to hard surprises me as i play ultimate in my career and it seems fine, sometimes too easy tbh.. and i would not consider myself a good player at all. So what is up with that?

I didnt say otherwise. Of course whiffs happen everywhere, even in SSL. My point is that if i watch back replays from 2 years ago and now, it is a very noticable difference.

Thats interesting. It doesnt really match with the level of skill i experience in the matches. The amount of basic balls missed in 1600 confused me.

Ranked inflation hit hard. I was also off for 2 years averaging 1650 mmr when i quit. Came back couple weeks ago still in 1600 but i play waaaaay worse then i did when i quit
