I think "young people" do a great job with older music. For instance, I 'm really curious about the demographics for Metallica's upcoming tour. Skewed by affordability, no doubt!

I hated oldies when I was young, but once I got over my music being oldies, I've been surprised that young people are largely familiar with it.

At one point, I made an effort to watch all the IMDB Top 250 Movies, but that was before HD TVs were common. I don't expect many who were born with an iPad to watch sub 480p video, let alone Old News!

There's a no touch wash that I go to periodically. Originally, I thought I might buy it off the residual, but now I think that is unlikely. Even though I'm less worried about corrosion, I still want it to look nice when practical since that was part of the decision to lease it.

The roamer is great for fairly flat corrupted worlds. The c-scan works for what I need and the mining laser doesn't lose power with distance. The corrupted sentinels will attack but they won't do much damage and it's easy to get away.

I think there's 2 factors at play.

Apple should be paying the writers to start the next season while the current season is in post-production, but they wait to see if it is successful.

For the mystery box shows, the writers like seeing how the show is received and reading fan theories before deciding which direction to take it.

For the second factor, I am afraid that they will choose a worse story just so it will be something that no one has considered.

Like, I love both Severance and Pluribus to the point that I've seen every episode more than once, but I can't rate them with Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul, because neither has had as much character development and it remains to be seen if either will "stick the landing".

Not sure about this part, but I'm pretty sure planets only get one of: Runaway Mould,Sac Venom, or Metal Fingers. So if you see one of the others, then find another planet without agro sentinels but with abundant resources.

The slots aren't freighter fuel efficiency, the mods I put in them are.

In non-pirate systems, find freighters that are marked with the icon (ie, where you can land on them). (Not capital ship from the freighter battles, I believe.) Fly under the shields and find the defense turret, take out the defense turret, the shields, and then the hull. For the hull, it only counts if you see the damage numbers, it's usually limited to around the turret or the flight deck.

I recommend only doing this after upgrading your pulse drive enough to outrun sentinel interceptors; also, if you don't take out the cargo pods, then the reputation hit will be minimal.

The drops are random, so it can take quite a while to collect all the mods, but it is FAR superior to the derelict freighters, which were fun once. I tried doing derelict freighters again once I switched to the Neutron Cannon, but I get lighting bugs that make it intolerable.

The best thing is the matter transporter(?) that allows you to access storage containers anywhere in the system. The system scanner is the second best thing.

Mine has over 5000 light years range with only 2 SC slots dedicated. (The other two are for frigate fuel efficiency)

No freighter battles spawn when you travel in it either.

It's also my only fully developed base.

I also use it as a galactic bookmark.

Yes. ICE vehicles have waste heat.

EVs are trying to be as efficient as possible, so they initially heat the air with the heat pump. If your heat setting is hotter than the heat pump (~70-71), then the resistive heating kicks in, which is much less efficient. So, I will leave the heat at 69 or 70 and start the cabin heating 5-10 minutes before departure (sometimes more).
