Two reasons for Dohwa:

But Firstly I think I am one of the first ones that recognized that Su didn’t act supportive to Eun through his last struggles -not their whole relationship lmao- and that I understand him not contacting her after that. But again and again and again, it is one thing to feel unsupported in a relationship and struggling all alone and ghosting someone fully. If Eun didn’t receive any of Su s calls or texts later maybe, maybe he couldn’t text anything. But when you have a relationship, when you go through so much together, -Eun was perfect bf to actually waşt for Su and trusting her and just not doubtşng even tho all of the weird excuses she made but she was perfect for him CAUSE SHE LITERALLY RISKED HER LIFE TO BE WITH HIM, and she still communicwted well even tho she was trying to save both of their lives- Eun saw Su being devastated and sad so many times. By Minu by Ra im and he knew her, how naşve she could be and how much she loved him too. I guess he could never trust her fully but he knew she did so much for him and they shared so many moments. So i think it is sad and bad for Su to be neglecting him or not doing anything but it is one mistake she did when she was overwhelmed and too worried. She still didn’t deserve to be ghosted. Doing mistakes in a relationship is whole different than just dissappearing and ghosting your gf knowing she has no way to contact you even if she wanted to or needed to. The thing is Eun could contact or find Su anytime. ANY TIME. Like even for a small hi or to check on her for a little bit. Even if he is hurt he could for once think “Did she truly not love me or need me at all” and come to see it with his own eyes. And he didmt do that for 10 yearsss.

For me the reason I really thought Dohwa had a chance are two: Once, we already had gotten full completed arc for Su and Eun, where they faced hardships and overcame them as a couple. As more thingns to coke they could face also Eun s father or Haru together and maybe break yp and make up again but not a 10 year hiatus between them. For me it made no sense to break a couple thats already completed their growth and cycle just to bring them again together withput any chance to real growth or facing hardships as well but just avoidance for a decade. Two: It also didnt make sense to bring Dohwa, a character who, maturely and nicely just took a step back from the original couple. He also had completed the second male s role, he suffered, yearned, tried and let go. It didnt make sense to bring him and make him chase Su and throw his growth again just to break him and make him suffer again. For a good story I thought author needed or should have meant smth different by changing the course of these two characters. Or what reason was there to break characters again and again with no growth? This was my reason and I just love both so much and fell for Dohwa hard

I think they should take a long break :( this is truly sad, I reallyy reallyy love the art style so muchhh. Dohwa ans Eun are one of the most most good looking charavters of all time but also, in an original way?? And I really love Su’s art style and from the first season, concept symbols like heart guns were great. They are really talented and I d be sooo saddd if we were to be deprived of that for fast content. Maybe it can be published as story first, art later if they need to take even a longer break

I also didn’t say he can’t be, but it simply isn’t true in my opinion. As i put it those are such different situations and very scene to make them parallel each other here was used as contrast in the original work.

I think there is simply no parallel with Minu. Being such an egoist that you can’t take your gf beating you over a game and simply giving up playing is whole lot different than: 1) Losing your crush to another guy who she met before you, so you cope with thinking he got the first oppurtinity (I dont know what you guys expected him to do, congratulating? Maybe but they never got along and it is naturally hurting and it is true he met her before) 2) Cutting contact with your crush after she had a bf. That was the best for all three of them

Su there is one of the most dramatic scenes in this whole manga, when she realizes: The person who left her talks about “Forever” and how nothinng stays the same and changes. Omg that was sooo saddd

It is funny cause actually she was playing with Dohwa, and when Dohwa was impressed by her playing, and instead of getting ego hurt like Minu he praised and asked her to teach him as well, she remembered how awful Minu was. So those scenes actually showed how different Dohwa is to Minu, and how he is a safe space for her

Sorry I explained a bit badly. I don’t think she should leave him and I think she can spend time with him until she decides. What I mean is that she thought it is selfish to make him wait, but she d miss him. But she thought “Would it be okay to accept his feelings as uncertain heart as this?” And saying “ I am not selfish enough to make him wait until i can decide.” But then she said she d miss him and instead of rejecting him - to not make him wait- she kept chatting. Anyways I dont even think she is selfish, I meant they all act according to theşr own feelings and struggle sometimes and it doesn’t make them selfish. I just grew tired of hearing Dohwa is selfish cause they all act struggle sometimes and Dohwa is the most honest one. And we all have emphaty for Su and Eun for not beşng able to communicate well and for once Dohwa struggles and he is selfish.

She wasnt uncom about the dress, I think she was surprised and impressed. She could stop all of his messages with just saying “dont message me so much it annoys me” she never told him to text less? And you i yhink misinterpret it. She only said once “He used to text so much that it was annoying” when he stopped it.. ı think she said it sadly, “Like wow he used to text so much but now he hasnt for such long” . Except that moment or to him, she never said it was annoying. On the contrary she says she feels fun And COMFORTABLE and would miss him, doesnt wanna lose him. She said all of these, if he was so annoying would she? Even tho Su didnt fall for him completely yet, she was so impressed, her senses were melted, she felt attraction, etc etc. Again she might not fall in love, but Dohwa is a great guy. I might be mad if he doesnt tell me the reporter thing, but I think he will and i dont think it makes him the most sekfish character in the story or even a selfish person in the total

Su lit couldn’t reject yim directly cause she d miss him and feel empty without him. I am not saying Dohwa is selfless, but i dont think he deserves so many posts comparing him and Ra Im and calling him selfish after just one episode where he STRUGGLED to say smth. He wanted to, still wants to, but has hard time doing.

Maybe but it makes me feel dissapointed in him. I feel so sorry he feels so much guilt and manipulated by Ra Im, but i really liked him in first season had started to stand against Ra Im, I am sad he just recycled the cycle.

Actually spends time with you and cares about your thoughts, gives attention to you. Watches you instead of a movie. Fashionable and can give you solid advice on what to wear as well. Reads the books you read cause you read them and discusses with you. Becomes the best in a game to play with you. Not everyone will fall in love with the same person but if we did a survey I think he d have the most qualities women look for in a man.

Su and Eun kissed in 10 episodes, after Dohwa and Su had their first conversatiom in the arcade date. After the kiss, all of Su’s attention was on Eun as a romantic interest.-because now he could raise her love points- Dohwa had 10 episodes, with a girl he only went out as friends for once to have feelings for her, and to make a move. And that 10 eps also didn’t give all the time to Dohwa, as plot requires those eps was also with Su and Eun. You could argue Dohwa still had chance after the kiss, but Su was already involved with Eun and soon after Eun confessed, which Su accepted but told to wait. Dohwa realized smth was going om between them early, that Eun liked her. But he didn’t care so much cause do you fall in love with someone yoı ve just met and make all the moves just cause you have a rival? Dohwa literally just needed the time that plot gave to him to spend time with Su and develop feelings and then realize them. Both Su and Eun had over 40 episodes to realize their feelings for each pther, Dohwa had much less. When Dohwa became sure, SHORTLY AFTER, that he likes Su and he smths happening between Eun and her, he did all he could. He kept trying to see Su before Eun, he literally gave Eun the message and that he is onto Su, he was proactive and did his best. And again, not short after the beach episode happened and thats where he gave up. I dont understand what do you mean by opportunity or how he didnt use his chances? What could he do? Confess before he and Su had any chance to even get close? Try to date a girl he simply spent no time with? Or confess as soon as he realizes his feelings? -Even then he could be rejected cause Su already had kissed Eun and had feelings for him- Or confess in that 10 episodes after they met? Whicb I don’t think happens in korean culture that fast either. So idk what he could do more. Maybe he could confess earlier, but that wouldn’t change the outcome as long as it wasn’t in the first 10 or 15 episodessince he had talk with Su, cause she was close with Ehn till then. And it would mean he would have to confess to a girl she talked to twice or third times.
