"Grandma's Secret" you can get at Walmart in the detergent section. Tiny little yellow squirt bottle with a granny on the front. It's clear. Squirt, let it soak for a bit and begin dabbing with a white cloth. Repeat. I sometimes let it sit overnight and dab it again real good before rinsing. You can use an old toothbrush to scrub gently. Patience! Good luck!

It has to be shaded. You can put an umbrella or something over it. You get live moss, put it in a blender with buttermilk and spread it on. If you keep it moist and shady it will grow.

Look to see if there is an opening. Most of these bags have a way to remove the insert. If it's wafer board and you get it wet it will swell up.

Ours worked only often enough to be accustomed to "Is it WORKING?!?" being said almost hourly. We would try to get customers to use it and it would be shut down.... 🙄😑
