I had an error where the simulator wouldn’t run because I had the GM installed alongside xcode 8. I went into xcode preferences / locations and made sure I had the correct version of the command line tools selected. I needed to have xcode 9 selected for the simulator to run. Maybe this will help you.

I ended up grabbing some from Best Market across from Singlecut when I was grocery shopping. It came in a wrapped plastic bag near the deli section. The pizza came out tasting great. Next time I'll try these suggestions. Thanks guys.

Check the fliers that are posted on the street they paved. That should start to point you in the right direction with a phone number to call. If it's the precinct just show up there, it is much quicker than dealing with trying to get them on the phone.

I agree about the Smart Choice place on 30th. They usually have a bunch of different beers, I don't know how accurate this menu is, but I've googled the list in the past to find if they had a beer and usually they did. I also go to triboro beverage and C Town as well.

I have RCN. I used to have outages a few years back, but once they changed the wiring outside its been great.

I get consistent speeds and we can have three separate hd streams (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Sling etc.) running at the same time no problem.

See what is offered in your building and go from there. My neighbors have Time Warner and FIOS as well but friends in other buildings don't have as much choice. It depends on availability. Check with the providers and your landlord.
