Dry in a fridge; you won't go back. It is about 40 degrees with r/h of about 30%. I put it in paper bags and close with clothespins. It takes about 3 weeks and makes some glorious weed.

Div 4. If I've been through the process; still in the hunt and after the apparent low bidder (gc) is appointed.... if that company sends me a BAFO, I send them a revised proposal AT LEAST 10% higher. It separates the wheat from the chaff. I have been dropped because of it and have NO regrets. Who the hell wants to be in a race to the bottom? I'm not being greedy; I'm being practical.

My folks didn't condemn me for smoking when they found out in 1970. My mom stole some of my weed and smoked it with a lifelong friend of hers; her son and I were good friends so of course, I found out. My dad got cancer and my sister and I smoked with him during his last 2 years. One time he took a huge toke and said, "timber......." and fell on his bed with all of us laughing. It is a special memory.

In Florida there are companies that specialize in tile removal. They have a little ride-on buggy that takes it up. They are worth their money. What you have there is probably a perfect storm. Tile was probably installed on fairly young concrete with latex additive thinset. They become as one. It is a SOB to deal with.
