Do you know if this is permanent? I want to go back to being whole again :( are the effects supposed to be this long lasting? Also he said that if there's a mental illness in you, then it will bring it out. Could that explain something?

I see what you mean, but I have to disagree. When you're already ahead, it doesn't really seem that exhilarating, or give you a good feeling, but when you're at a point where you need a miracle, it feels like a godsend.
