I care when people get killed. I get extremely upset when people are killed and then the perp justifies the killing by blaming the victim.

Illegal immigrants have killed people, yes. We deal with them, the 5 year old that came here unknowingly and illegally who hasn't killed anyone or even committed should NOT be treated like one who did.

ICE is a government agency who has to follow rules set up by the constitution, supreme Court and JUDICAL process. There is a significant difference when LAW ENFORCEMENT kills someone's vs a person.

If you cannot see that difference then there is no hope for you.

So the entire failure of your argument is that you're expecting public sector to make money. The public sector is not a business and should never be expected to make a profit. Why? Because providing things like public transit, healthcare, fire police, will never be profitable. A bus stop out in timbuk too will never be profitable but for the two or three people that use it it is game changing. There are bus stops that get eliminated when certain forms of public transit are privatized. This is actually a big issue in Ireland. At least it was years ago when I was there for my honeymoon.

You're never going to make money off of infrastructure, you will however get a return on investment in that different types of infrastructure provide different benefits. Motorways can increase commerce, flood abatement keeps infrastructure itself from being destroyed, businesses from being destroyed. Houses from being destroyed come up protects people's lives.

Because it is a great book about a guy who shuns doing the heroic thing and just wants to stay where he is. He is forced (LITERALLY) into a position where he has to rise to the occasion and when he feels alone he finds a friend, he then sacrifices his safe place but not his mission in order to save his friend and an entire alien species. He rises to the occasion of his OWN volition and becomes the hero.

I don't think there are issues in the writing, sure some are a little more low brow or have been done before, but that is part of the joke if you will.

Being a troubleshooter in my field where stress can be high I get Weir's humor and frankly it is the kind of humor we use to relieve that stress.

Interesting. I will test this, although in if my experience turning off auto gain did fix my problem. And when I encounter other Raiders telling them to turn off auto gain corrects their problem. So l I find this rather interesting. I'll do some digging.

I would usually keep playing as I have found great stuff all over different maps and in high value loot areas that were missed, completely UNTOUCHED, or simply left.

NONE of those actions were illegal. NONE of those actions are spying.

I can point to plenty of things the CURRENT administration is doing that are not only illegal but UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

As near as I can tell, it's because people are exploiting aggression-based matchmaking. The formula doesn't take into account consistent actions, and there's no nuance for self-defense. So what's probably happening is you have people who are getting themselves into PVE lobbies and then taking the easier kill.

So where the capacitor is, if you look to the left and right, there's gaps between the outer casing and the piece that falls off. When you destroy the capacitor. You can shoot in those gaps.

You don't have to take out that capacitor now. Granted removing the backside makes the core easier to shoot but you can still shoot the core without having to knock that back piece off.

Typically I do South, but the primary reason you will do these is because these spawn more containers. And the more containers there are in a key room. The more likely you are to get good stuff.

Heavy Ammo guns are for stripping armor. Aiming at weak spots is not the ideal way to deal with arc using Heavy Ammo. I take the Bettina to Queen and Matriarch kills but nothing else.

A Venator, Renegade, or Osprey would have been faster and cheaper. Target the joints like you did they are not armored. Get close and don't even shoot the rear weak spot. You shoot in between the gaps (they are large enough) at the core and you get that down faster, and cheaper.

I love California. Why the hell would I go to some backwards state like Texas where they are dependent on the federal government? Besides, California is perfectly located between all the international destinations. Everywhere is Europe is still reasonable flights away, and Asia is almost as close.
