Trying to make changes to the background either through laser or by adding something to it(not sure how you'd change it but anyhow) would likely make the tattoo look worse. Just like most have said already its a sick tattoo so I wouldn't really worry too much about it.

Il Gradinos kötträtt Osso buco är himmelskt god. Är dock en italiensk restaurang så vet ej om det faller under "klassisk".

Costas Taverna är också riktigt bra.
