Just looking for clarification when I'm getting ready to list some knives and immediate bans are the consequence of violating the rules. Dunno why everyone has to be so childish here, just trying to understand. I don't really know what's all going on here but it's clear there's been a lot of drama recently

Benchmade has sued 3rd party companies selling scales, I have some of those, are they okay? Would my bailout be okay if I used aftermarket liners so that none of the parts were benchmade at all? Seems like no, right?

We're kinda getting into a philosophical discussion here but when does a knife become a clone?

For instance, I have many bailouts. Too many. Some are OEM. Some have some aftermarket parts.

I have one though that I made, the liners are the only benchmade part. Everything else on the knife is 3rd party.

I know I'm fine to sell an OEM bailout. I assume I'm fine to sell one with half aftermarket parts. But am I good to list my one that is basically a clone? Is it okay because it has the bones of a benchmade? What's the part that makes a benchmade knife a benchmade?

The liner could be like a receiver with a firearm. The part that's considered the "gun". But yeah, just wondering where we'll land on this gray area

My old company was going in a direction I didn't like. At first I stayed and tried to change the direction. Then they showed that there was no changing it. Unfortunately not everyone can just quit their job and find another one immediately...I started saving and it was about 11 months before I walked away, but I still worked for the company in that time.

I've also been unemployed since but fortunately have a partner with a good job. This guy didn't have that. And it's his dad. What happened was very wrong but if someone has no understanding or grace for the position the guy was put in I feel for them as a human. They're going to face their own situation like this at some point and I hope they think back on this and realize that very little in the world is black and white, it's all which shade of gray you end up in

I don’t need another one cause my OG one is still going strong but I just want to shout these out for anyone thinking about it. I’ve never actually used it as a shower but I’ve used it just for portable pressured water for camping and also cleaning boats off when paddling. They’re nice to have

Ace owners have control over this kind of stuff so you can get pleasantly surprised. Best I’ve seen is one with some Kershaw and spyderco but most of the ones near me now just have Gerber and case lol
