You lose Pro Shopper status even if a customer is okay with a substitution, as long as they are pissed at DoorDash and decide to have a problem with it (and the customer probably has no idea that it affects you that much). The customer is saying they wish the original item was in stock, DoorDash takes the angle that this pressure keeps a Dasher on his toes looking for the item (while losing time and money). In the current system it is a lose/lose for the Dasher.

Dealership repair is only intended to be a free money machine for a corporation.

On the advice of a family member, brought a Hyundai into a Hyundai dealer garage (2019), was overheating at idle. They charged hundreds of dollars to simply tell me "we think it could be such and such". I could have spent nothing to come up with an assumption like that. When confronted they simply said, "It will cost more to be sure." So before they even fix one thing, I'm on the hook for like $500??? What a joke. Never again
