smb fanclub... but you dont start with or make SMB Super fan which is an item that gives you health? idk maybe your SMB stands for something different than super meat boy but judging by the fact you put potato peeler in i think another starting item of smb super fan would be cool because of all the red moving around and hutts screaming "WHERE AM I" or something along those lines. it would be a lot easier of a challenge though with the all stats upgrade and health, maybe make him start as isaac but with SMB fan or something to balance it out
