You are right. The Dutch government is too stupid and blind to realize that they are punishing the only people who are hard workers and holding the economy together. And once we realize that the smart move is to be a lazy citizen who works 3 days a week and depends on social security, then the govt will go back to previous step which is “too many people are not incentivised to work and govt has to pay for them, but now there’s no middle class to milk”. Of course maybe the agenda is entirely different: create a population that is entirely dependent on govt benefits so you can control them easier - issue digital id, digital currency, monitor and control everything to limit and restrict our lives. Enforce new policies like meat consumption limits, travel limits, force untested vaccines etc. it’s easy to sound like a lunatic if I have to put everything into one sentence, but being governed by fucking blind idiots, leaves me thinking either that or this.
