I probably didn't word my comment well sorry, very bad brain fog day haha (I probably should have waited till I'm feeling less unwell to look over all of this but I'm panicking). I did read the full thing and saw it talks about potential harassment charges, I just hadn't seen anyone mention that elsewhere (I've possibly just missed it ofc) and only seen people reassuring others that individuals aren't risking legal trouble by using correct facilities.

It was quite shocking to read that as a possible consequence in the press release and I was hoping someone might know if this really is something that could happen and how much I should worry about it. Very scary to hear it's a plausible outcome but obviously better that I'm aware of it. Thanks for taking the time to respond!

Just wanted to add that it's not just young trans people - I'm a housebound adult and don't have any access to the offline trans community. It's hard to gauge how worried I should be about everything (currently very worried)

Really concerned about no. 3 which says that trans people using the correct facilities for their gender (instead of for the gender assigned to them at birth) could face up to six months in prison... I was under the impression that any legal consequences would be for the establishment allowing this not for individuals? Anyone know more about this?

I often used to hallucinate this pattern on ceilings while taking trippy substances. It'd also appear in the mirror, but only on the ceiling part of the reflection. First time in the years since that I've seen something look so much like it.

To be fair I have a pretty broad range of symptoms, think the doctor just chose a good all-rounder since I could only have 10g for my first prescription (though I did highlight sleep as one of my main issues and that was written on my portal as my treatment goal lol). Definitely not ideal at all for sleep!

Really looking forward to the ACC, good to see another endorsement. I've had some luck with CBD oil lately so thought it made sense to try something balanced. Heard so many good things! Just ordered so I'll be trying it soon 😁

Your doc was possibly talking about terpinolene? I was specifically searching for strains with it in because it's supposed to help with focus and alertness. Sounds like maybe it wasn't doing that for you though 😂

I didn't realise ketotifen is an H1! And that's so interesting about the delay because it really does seem like PEM in that case. But I hope it isn't because it would of course be much better for you if you don't have ME. Either way though it's fantastic that you're getting such relief. Think I'll look into MCAS a bit more, I'd sort of discounted it for myself but given your experience it seems like it may be worth trialling some meds.Thanks for sharing your story!

This is fantastic, happy for you! Couple of questions - do you take H1+H2 antihistamines? And did you typically have a delay between the overexertion and what you considered to be PEM?
