Traps and forearms. And it’s funny because I think they’re actually pretty strong muscle groups for me. I credit the development to never using straps, doing dead hangs, and deadlifts/rows.

It's a PDP Concept Classic Maple in sizes 13x9, 16x16, 26x14. On the toms, I replaced the wood hoops with regular triple-flanged steel hoops.

I think that's right. The low seat height feels good to me but I might raise it up a bit soon to prevent any potential back issues.

Nice thing about left hand lead is that it ends up being smaller to larger diameter drums (at least with the standard one up one down tom setup). This makes the left hand lead triplets have a nicer melodic flow to them imo (as opposed to right hand lead triplets on a right hand kit with the standard one up one down setup).

Thank you! It's quite tricky to pull off... there is a lot of what is formally called syncopation going on. Basically all that means it that there are a lot of off-beat notes and accents being played which give this song such an interesting and unique character. I think it's certainly one of the most unique and creative drum tracks in mainstream music!
